A 50% deposit is required on all taxidermy work. Deposits are non-refundable. Upon completion of your mount, you will be billed for the balance due, plus crating and shipping. Mounts cannot be picked up or shipped until check has cleared the bank.
All tanning is accepted at owner's risk. All rush orders are 50% extra, pedestal mounts are 25% extra and 1/2 life size is 70% of life size price. All life-size trophies include a simple habitat base. Custom mounts are extra. Prices subject to change without notice.
When an item is either brought in for mounting or tanning and left without a deposit, the customer must have 50% deposit paid within 14 days or will be subject to an additional charge of up to 25% of the mount. Items not picked up within 1 month (30 days) of first notice will become the property of Jackson Hole Taxidermy (Duane Allen) and are subject to sale for balance.
Shipping and crating are extra. All brokerage fees and custom clearing charge on overseas shipments are to be paid by the client. The required deposits are to be used to cover initial cost of labor, required expense from tanning, and mounting materials. The service charge covers the cost of reminder billing to clients who have not made required deposits on time. Please understand that this business can only continue to provide a high level of excellence by operating with good business practices.
DISCLAIMER: Although every precaution will be taken to prevent damage and/or theft from occuring to specimen while in my possession, I can make no quarantees. If specimen is brought in a frozen state, no judgement can be made as to its condition until it is thawed. Since proper field care is of the utmost importance in determining the quality of the final product, I can not take responsibility for the mishandling of the specimen up to the piont at which it is brought to me. Therefore, leaving your specimen with me is done at your own risk, and I can take no responsibility for the specimen before, during or after the mounting process is completed.
